What is it about?
A smart city contains different independent units, and different units may complete complex tasks through mutual collaboration. How each unit cooperates and processes when performing multi-objective tasks is the main research content of this article. Therefore, based on the collection of smart city hotspot data, a mathematical model and algorithm for multi-party and multi-objective task collaboration were constructed.

Why is it important?
A smart city is a complex organism composed of multiple parties. Not only does each unit have its multi-objective decision-making tasks, but multiple units conflict and collaborate, requiring the establishment of effective frameworks and solutions.
