What is it about?
Based on the research and analysis of the concept and connotation of OBE, aiming at the existing problems in the classroom teaching of computer program development courses, taking Object-Oriented Programming as an example, this paper puts forward a student-centered and engineering education certification as the standard "one dimensional three order" cross-teaching and multi-evaluation chain teaching model.

Why is it important?
Program development courses are the core courses of computer related majors, which not only support the requirements of solving complex engineering problems in graduation indicators, but also play a pivotal role in achieving the final training goals. The ultimate aim of the reform is to improve the quality of teaching, comprehensively improve the ability of students, and cultivate qualified talents in social demand. Practice the "one-dimension, three-order" chain classroom teaching model, cultivate students' ability to solve complex projects, and provide guidance and a good foundation for students to enter the scientific research work.
