What is it about?
Bug Life Cycles hold essential information, which helps uncover problems and inefficiencies in the bug-tracking process. We looked at various aspects, such as the time it takes to resolve bugs and the number of bugs encountered. We also investigated how bug life cycles changed over time. We believe that such an analysis will provide criteria for evaluating how well bugs are being tracked in a software project.

Why is it important?
The analysis offers a straightforward method to assess bug-tracking processes in software projects. By implementing this methodology, teams can enhance efficiency and reduce errors within their bug-tracking process.
Perspectives
I believe that our study provides methods that are feasible and can be easily applied to most software projects. Doing this analysis would benefit software engineers in terms of understanding the problems with the whole bug-tracking process, and it provides insights that are actionable.
