What is it about?
The research on the miniaturization of oxygen generators is the key to ensure the oxygen supply in plateau field. Due to the current research on the application of membrane components in the relatively large field of oxygen production, in order to explore the matching relationship of small oxygen-rich membrane components, vacuum pump and fan, so as to facilitate the selection and design of small membrane oxygen generator parts, reduce the product development cycle. Based on Fick's law of permeability, the relationship between air intake and operating pressure of monolayer membrane was analyzed according to the cross-flow model, and the influence model of air intake and oxygen production performance of monolayer oxygen-rich membrane was obtained by using the fourth-order RK method. Then, the influence of the number of layers of oxygen-rich membrane on oxygen production performance was studied. The co-simulation model of membrane component, vacuum pump and fan was established for simulation analysis, and verified by experiments. The results show that the model is in good agreement with the experimental results, which provides a reference for the design and development of small membrane oxygen generator.

Why is it important?
The actual oxygen production performance of oxygen-enrichment membrane modules under different working conditions can be obtained by means of co-simulation, which can be used in the design of oxygen generators, the selection of vacuum pumps and fans, and the determination of the total amount of membranes.
Perspectives
The disadvantage is shown below: (1) In the simulation, the intake flow is simplified as a uniform flow, ignoring the complexity of the actual flow field of the fan. (2) The influence of the deformation of the diaphragm under the negative pressure of the vacuum pump on the experimental results is ignored. (3) The loss along the gas flow is ignored.
