What is it about?

When collecting the coke oven in-line temperature, in response to the faults existing in the inspection robot, this paper enriches the system detection means based on the improvement of the original control system hardware circuit, and designs a perfect system self-diagnosis strategy, which can judge the fault type more accurately and eliminate the faults, and improve the operation reliability of the system through accurate fault location.

Why is it important?

By optimising the hardware circuitry and enriching the detection means of the system, the accuracy of the state migration control in automatic mode is increased. Faults can be better predicted and dealt with, allowing the completion of the temperature measurement plan to be improved.

Perspectives

The self-diagnostic strategy proposed in this paper improves the level of automation and fault-finding efficiency during coke oven temperature measurement and inspection, and the method can improve the operational stability of the equipment.
