What is it about?
We present an open-source end-to-end translation framework for rapid translation of documents from any language to any other language using neural machine translation. We show wide applicability of our framework in translating documents from English to Indian languages by deploying our application at several government agencies.

Why is it important?
We provide an open-source post-editing tool with several features enabling a team of translators and reviewers to work simultaneously for translation post-editing and OCR post-editing task. We find that using our translation framework reduces translation time by 1/6th without any impact on the quality.
Perspectives
Many people are discouraged for translating documents due to strict requirement of language expertise. This piece of work is very important for ensuring rapid translation of documents without requiring language expertise. I hope you find this paper useful in bringing content to different languages.
