What is it about?
The development of a new technique for generating pseudorandom numbers. The process is based on converting a simple word to binary values using an alternative version of the Sinai Billiard. These values then undergo a bitwise operation to create a final value, which is statistically shown to be random.

Why is it important?
Because random numbers are not actually random, it is important that we have techniques for generating truly random numbers. Our findings show that the numbers generated by the proposed technique are statistically random. Random numbers have numerous applications, the most important being uses in cyber security.
Perspectives
This article is the result of student research, which was done extremely well. I hope it helps provide an alternative approach for generating random numbers for those interested.
