What is it about?
MO-DM is a model and tool that adds a new information layer to the decision-making process, allowing better decisions considering team motivation and engagement. Decisions like "What programming language should we use?" are observed from the perspective of "Which programming language can bring more engagement and motivation to the majority of the team?". This view also makes it possible to identify which students are more susceptible to demotivation and disengagement in each decision.
