What is it about?

Human society has entered the Internet era. With the acceleration of urbanization, people's living environment has been greatly improved. However, community neighborhoods are in a dilemma of strangeness, and it has a certain negative impact on social stability and community residents. This is the result of a combination of factors. Many researchers have shown that most people desire to have harmonious neighborhood relations. In the Internet era, it is important to consider how to promote neighborly relations, enhance communication between neighbors, and promote neighborly trust and mutual harmony. Based on the concept of sharing economy, we propose the concept of creative mutual help community for this purpose. It’s called Any Help, a mobile community support platform based on the Internet and big data.It can effectively promote friendly communication and mutual help among neighbors. People can connect and help each other through the platform and let people with their own specialties to solve the things they are good at. This will maximize the value of everyone, efficiently manage social resources, and allow people to seek assistance. As a result, a peaceful community will emerge, with the potential to support sustainable social development.

Why is it important?

This study intends to use a cell phone based mutual help platform under the Internet and big data. For community residents, a community platform that focuses on emergency help and mutual help functions in life is created. It will allow people around us to connect through the platform and let people with their own specialties to solve the things they are good at and help each other. In this way, the value of each person will be maximized, which will also make the community atmosphere more harmonious, thus promoting sustainable social development.

Perspectives

As an important part of the study on the development of modern urban clusters, the exploration of creative mutual aid communities in the context of Internet+ has greatly contributed to the harmonious development of interpersonal relationships in communities. It can increase the sense of community security and residents' happiness, effectively break the dilemma of unfamiliarity between neighbors, bring community residents out of their own homes and have more interaction and contact with each other. At the same time, it can efficiently integrate resources and solve the problems people encounter in their lives. The process of helping each other is a great way for people to develop their skills and to feel happy and fulfilled, and to increase the trust between people. As Kenya Hara says, design is not a skill, but the ability to feel and see to capture the essence of things. Therefore, designers should always be sensitive to society, identify and solve its real problems and needs, and use the design process to promote social change. At the same time, designers should focus more on the social and ethical values of design, to think about the real needs of all human beings, and to work for a more supportive, harmonious and equal society. This also follows the concept of green design. The project can even form a socially benign ecosystem, in which users, enterprises and government are involved. New meaning is generated through open, collaborative processes and social innovation for all. Building a sustainable and resilient network of 'community solidarity'. so that this atmosphere of mutual help and harmony affects the whole city and even the whole society. It contributes to the stability, harmony, health, and sustainable development of the society. If this app is only a public welfare nature, it cannot develop well for a long time. Therefore, it needs to use the capital market, make the government-led, Internet enterprises participate, realize the standardization of the platform, get more user traffic, so that users, enterprises, government, and society can benefit.
