What is it about?
This work presents an analysis of how the gender and ethnic diversity of the ACM WebConference has changed from the first edition until 2022, by evaluating the authors, presenters, invited speakers and Program Committee lists. We also create collaboration networks and analyze how much the different ethnic-gender groups have collaborated with each other over the years.

Why is it important?
This study shows that the conference, while extremely important towards pushing the envelope of web technologies, lacks proper representation for minority gender and ethnic groups, which creates a gatekeeping of individuals from such groups from such prestigious events.
