this paper estimates the regional spillover value of water ecosystem services in order to provide a new idea for setting compensation standards.Compared with monetary accounting, non-monetary accounting of regional spillover value of water ecosystem services avoids the adverse impact of market price distortion on the objectivity and robustness of accounting results.In this paper, emergy analysis method is used to calculate the non monetary value of regional spillover water ecosystem services.
