What is it about?
Using the E-40 Inland Waterway Project technical communications as a case study, I research how citizens are included in Ukraine's economic growth process and how technical professional writers can be in ensuring citizens are heard. Please note that all research was gathered before the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
