What is it about?
This paper introduce a new framework for real-world image restoration. It is able to restore realistic details for severely corrupted low quality images.

Why is it important?
Image Super Resolution can be used in the many applications, such as surveillance videos, medical images and media entertainments. Most current methods can only work for synthetic images, and real world image super resolution is quite challenging. The proposed method performs much better on real world low quality images.
