What is it about?

A wet cloth needs to be wrung with continuously higher torque to extract the same amount of water unless it is replenished. The dynamics behind this wet cloth concept are portrayed using simple equations to extract and replenish a resource (like water) termed herein, as puissance. Rather than randomly mutate weights of a neural controller, Puissance helps choose the ones that need to be mutated. The weights when mutated based on this principle eventually evolve better neural controllers. Read on for more details!
