What is it about?

In this paper we present a complete system that includes all parts of an AI pipeline that are important for computer aided diagnosis. We are starting with the data and annotations, the models to output of the models. In addition we also discuss speed of such systems and challenges.

Why is it important?

Using AI for computer aided diagnosis is getting very popular and it is important to look at the complete pipeline as a whole to be able to build good and useful systems.

Perspectives

It was an interesting experience to look at the whole stack. It also made me realize that AI in medicine is way more than good results on some lab dataset.
