G. Higman's coset diagram extension for the action of the Picard modular group on biquadratic field

What is it about?

In this paper we extended the idea of Graham Higman's idea of coset diagram for modular group. We consider the well known Picard modular Group. Picard modular group contains the modular and extended modular groups as its subgroups. We take action of the Picard Modular group on biquadratic field, which is the extension of quadratic field. We study this action by developing coset diagram for this action which is explained in this paper. We then prove some useful results.
