What is it about?

The objective of this report is to present a very rare case of hydronephrosis caused by giant abdominal haemophilic pseudotumour successfully operated by combination of surgical treatment together with perioperative management. Our focus is to emphasize the importance of considering abdominal haemophilic pseudotumour as a diagnosis and guiding the proper perioperative management strategy.
