Happy birthday? An observational study

What is it about?

Is there a relationship between birthday and deathday? Do people postpone death until after their birthday? We examine the phenomenon in eight groups of famous people.

Why is it important?

For most of the groups there was a death dip prior to the birthday and a rise thereafter. This may indicate psychophysiological mechanism and further reserch is needed to establish this.
