Why is it important?

With a new methodology, microdialysis, it is possible to assess the risk of experiencing complications after an Achilles tendon rupture.

Perspectives

New means to assess risk of complications also give the possibility to provide more intense rehabilitation, which is today certainly not the case for all patients.
