What is it about?

Access of healthcare workers to simulation training is limited in resource-scarce settings. Physicians and nurses in Nigeria were surveyed on the utility and challenges of simulation. They identified many areas in which simulation training may be useful, including skills acquisition, skills practice and communication training. Nearly all respondents were open to the use of online simulation and expressed the need to expand simulation training beyond the current scope for health professional training in Nigeria.
