An elderly patient who developed fever following an aortic aneurysm repair.

What is it about?

This is an interactive case of an elderly man who had undergone an endovascular aortic aneurysms repair. He presented with fever secondary to staphylococcus bacteraemia. Infection of the graft as well endocarditis were confirmed. We describe the multidisciplinary approach to the management.
