What is it about?
This article describes the case of a 28 year old female who presented with a granulomatous breast mass. In this case report we review the differential diagnosis for granulomatous mastitis. Our patient was ultimately diagnosed with a non-tuberculosis mycobacterial infection secondary to M. mucogenicum. M. mucogenicum is a rare cause of skin and soft tissue infection and optimal treatment is not well defined.
