Complex anal fistula involving male genital tract: a new diagnostic entity

What is it about?

Involvement of the male genital system due to peri-anal fistula is a rare presentation of a common disease. To our knowledge, this is the first description for a case series of such a rare presentation. We describe here their clinical manifestations, their management and outcome of treatment. The common finding between all those patients was diabetes mellitus. MRI with peri-anal fistula protocol was instrumental in their diagnosis.
