What is it about?
This case report highlights a rare adverse event of a very commonly used drug. Amphotericin B use is increasing day by day especially in suspected fungal infections in immunocompromised individuals.With the knowledge of side effects of this drug a close watch can be kept and such complications can promptly be handled by withholding the drug.
