What is it about?

Severe bleeding requiring blood transfusions following endoscopic, percutaneous gastrostomy tube placement is a rare complication. We describe a case of severe recurrent hemorrhage with bright red blood from rectum from endoscopic, percutaneous gastrostomy tube placement which ultimately required removal of the PEG tube.
