Neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gall bladder in a young lady presenting with upper abdominal heaviness: a common complaint and a rare diagnosis

What is it about?

A young lady with complaints of upper abdominal heaviness was investigated and found to have a rare cancer of the gall bladder. The cancer had already spread to the liver at the time of diagnosis. She was offered palliative chemotherapy.
