What is it about?

A man being treated for an infection is given an antibiotic that can increase a substance called serotonin when given to a person already taking another medication that can also increase serotonin. Too much Serotonin can be toxic causing muscle jerking, fast heart rate or increased blood pressure, and confusion. This medical case report describes the serotonin toxicity this man experienced
