What is it about?

Post coronary artery bypass surgery patient developed acute coronary syndrome with critical DE novo stenosis of the right coronary artery. Percutaneous coronary intervention to the right coronary artery was performed. Repeat coronary angiography post cardio-pulmonary resuscitation for the transient vasovagal syncope demonstrated a new stenosis with acute bend below the previously deployed stents changing the contour of the vessel. Coronary external hematoma can develop secondary to blunt injury due to external shear stress. 'Bend it like Beckham' Injury of the right coronary artery is not described in the literature.
