What is it about?
The paper clarifies the physical meaning of the hidden integral of motion, and why it is impossible to adequately describe the flow of submerged jets of viscous liquid without it.

Why is it important?
It is necessary to know the complete set of exact integrals of fluid motion. Flow control, both experimental and by calculations, but without knowing why some magnitudes are conserved in the fluid flow, can lead to uncontrollable errors.
Perspectives
The work can be used in the study of jet streams and in the design of technical devices for controlling these flows.
