What is it about?

We have identified a zoonotic rotavirus group A strain in a child with diarrhhea. According to the whole genome analysis, the rotavirus strain with genome genotype constellation G8-P[14]-I2-R2-C2-M2-A3-N2-T6-E2-H3 resembled bovine-like rotavirus genetic characteristics.
