What is it about?

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a pathogenic bacterium that causes disease in humans and animals. A draft version of the DNA sequence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa RN21, which had been isolated form a patient with a urinary tract infection, revealed a CRISPR-Cas system besides more than 6.400 other genes.
