What is it about?

We have successfully deciphered the whole genome sequence of one strain of the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis, which is utilized in the creation of biological pesticides. In this bacterium, a complex DNA structure was present, comprising one chromosome and eight plasmids (DNA elements outside the chromosome).
