Pierre Pasquier was the first French general governor who was thinking about sport activities to gather France and indochinese elite members in 1929. This article aims to analyze his motivations and the means he used to do it from 1929 to 1934.

This article aims to demonstrate that the General Governor Decoux didn't invent the first Sports policy in Indochina.
