Why is it important?

As the foundations of healthy lifestyle behaviors are laid in childhood and adolescence periods, it is very important to get children to adopt the habit of healthy nutrition and regular physical activity during the childhood period with the aim of protecting individual health and reducing the health risks that may be encountered in the future.
