What is it about?
Balance and falls are major issues related to the aging process. For this reason, initiatives to reduce the impact on older adults is of great importance both in social and economic terms. This paper examines the effects of the Pilates Method on improving balance abilities and preventing falls in older adults

Our paper shows that Pilates Method is feasible, and that enhances balance abilities of the older adult as opposed to not exercising, but also, and although to a lesser extent, as opposed to other exercise proposals aimed to the same purpose
