What is it about?
The risk of injury is everyone's ambush, especially when engaged in heavy sports and/or physically demanding jobs. FMS is an important tool to identify people who are in higher risk. By the use o FMS, we have shown that the rate of people in risk of injury is high, even in physically fit people such as firefighters. We have also shown that it is possible to reduce the risk with a 2-month exercise programme. the details of the exercise programme is attached to the article.

Why is it important?
Our findings reveal 2 necessary points: 1. in order to reduce the risk of injury, you need functional fitness more than any thing else. 2. we developed and presented a sample exercise to improve the functional fitness.
