What is it about?
Cisplatin is one of chemotherapeutic drug which has been clinically used in cancer treatment modalities. However, this drug is limited upon its massive side effects including nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity, gastrointestinal toxicity, hematological toxicity and ototoxicity. So how do we reduce this side effects or even enhance the therapeutic effect of this drug? In this paper we have shed a light upon these issues.

Our finding remonstrate that encapsulating cisplatin into lipid-based materials reduce the side effect and enhance its therapeutic effect.
