Description of the unrecognized caregiving process provided informally within the every day activities, mostly by women.

Why is it important?
Saudi society is still unaware about the needs of the informal caregivers and consequently the essential services that might aid in the caring process are unavailable. This study illustrated the process to show the present shortages that need immediate coverage.
Perspectives
Women participation in building the society is taken for granted either in the households or in the workplace without any consideration of the duality in roles in many cases. I think it is time to support female caregivers with alternatives to balance their overlapping roles.
