What is it about?

Ectrodactyly ectodermal dysplasia with clefting (EEC) is a rare syndrome resulting from TP63 gene mutations. This is clinical case report of a definetly negative behaving child with EEC syndrome who received full dental treatment under general anesthesia, while further prosthetic treatment and space management were carried out chairside. The full mouth rehabilitation improved the child's quality of life assessed by the child perception questionnaire (CPQ11‐14) before and after treatment.
