What is it about?
In cases of severe hypersensitivity reactions such as anaphylaxis due to Methyl-prednisolone, desensitization can be applied to ensure the continuity of treatment. Our patient is the first pediatric case in the literature who was successfully desensitized against Methyl-prednisolone.
