Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare aggressive soft tissue sarcoma that rarely metastasizes to the mandible. We described in this report an aggressive course to a case that metastasized into the mandible

Perspectives
Writing this report was a not a joyful experience, because our patient passed away shortly after our discovery of metastasis to the mandible.
