Why is it important?

Online medical services (OMS) have become increasingly advantageous, but there are still several barriers to utilization among patients. In this study, we found that SET and the IMB model have good applicability in patients’ OMSU, which is affected by micro-,meso-, andmacrosystem factors. Policymakers have developed multilayered intervention strategies from three levels to improve patients’ OMSU behavior.

Perspectives

I think the research ideas and directions of this study are interesting and innovative. Moreover, this study also closely follows the development of online medical services utilization and COVID-19, which is of great significance for the development of online medical services utilization.
