What is it about?
Many students apply to nursing school unaware of the need for academic rigor. This places undue stress on first year nursing students which may translate to stress, anxiety, depression, and withdrawal. Looking at past middle and high school nursing-led interventions to build new alliances of nurses and school counselors for the future is the purpose of this paper.
