What is it about?

The LEAFY transcription factor is a key regulator of floral development. How LFY activity is controlled remains largely unknown. We report here that LFY physically interacts with BLADE ON PETIOL2 (BOP2), a substrate adaptor of CULLIN3 E3 ligases, and that LFY activity is regulated by BOP2.
