What is it about?
Bacterial pathogens in chronic infections often exhibit tolerance to conventional antibiotics. In this study, we investigate how secreted redox-active metabolites from one species confer tolerance to other species. These findings may help improve the selection of antibiotics to more effectively treat chronic infections.
