What is it about?
MCCs/eisosomes are linear invaginations of the yeast plasma membrane. We show that MCC/eisosome functions regulation of TORC2 signaling through MCC/eisosome-associated proteins, Pil1 and tetraspan membrane proteins during the stress response.
