Activation of leu O by LrhA in E scherichia coli

What is it about?

In bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, expression of genes in response to an environmental signal often involves global transcription regulators. Here we analyzed how expression of one of these global regulators, LeuO, is regulated and we identified that its transcription is activated by the transcription regulator LrhA.
