What is it about?

Academician Georg Brutian in his article “Metaphilosphy in the System of Metatheories” (Metaphilosphy, Volume 43, Issue 3, pages 294-305, April 2012), discusses form of different types of metatheory and suggests a new approach in philosophical discussion - the idea of methatheoretical model, with regard to the Platonic and Rhodian models, which permit two different systems of metatheoretical construction. This paper applies to Brutian’s conception of Rhodian and Platonic models of the theory of argumentation and builds the new system of meta-argumentation by revealing the field of application of these two models.
