What is it about?
In order to compare two different surgical techniques for Holmium laser Enucleation of the prostate, we prospectively collected data from 256 patients with HoLEP. The two groups by surgical methods have the same demographics and anatomy on their selection. The results demonstrated clear advantages of using the En bloc Enucleation technique.
