What is it about?
In this manuscript,we show that using Kirkpatrick’s model as the evaluation tool can evaluate the effect of nursing innovation training for clinical nurses.It is also beneficial to improve nurses' innovation capacity, organizational innovation climate and innovation self-efficacy and nursing innovation behavior, and promote the output of research and innovation projects, which serves as a positive influence for clinical nursing education reference.
